2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST.

  • Payments are accepted online via Razorpay only.

  • There are no additional fees such as shipping charges, packaging fees, or hidden costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship only within India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping is free on all orders.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

  • Glamazo is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural events, or uncontrollable circumstances.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We care about customer satisfaction, and we accept returns only if the product delivered is damaged or defective.

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

  • We cover the return shipping cost.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Size issues

    • Customer not liking the product

    • Normal wear and tear

 Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are issued directly to the customer’s bank account / original payment method.

  • No store credit refunds are provided.

 Refund Timeline

    • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.

    • Once approved, the amount will be credited within 5–7 business days (timeline may vary based on the bank or payment provider).

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Refund for Cancelled Orders

    • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method (bank / UPI / card) used at checkout.

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Glamazo uses external images for product representation.

  • All website content—including text, branding, logos, and layout—is the property of Glamazo and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Glamazo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products or services.

  • Customers are responsible for handling and caring for jewellery items appropriately.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Glamazo collects customer information for the purpose of:

    • Processing orders

    • Customer communication

    • Marketing and promotional updates

  • Customer data is shared only with our courier partners to fulfill deliveries.

  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and usage of your data as described above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panipat, Haryana.
